Our client—a group that owns and manages ultra-luxury hotels—wanted to speed up the growth of its portfolio by opening up its capital and establishing a management structure. Sentinel Hospitality was chosen as a business expert (luxury hotels, strategic consulting, hotel asset valuation, corporate valuation) to assist the CEO and the Investment Bank that was retained for implementing this strategy.
As a first step, Sentinel Hospitality appraised the value of the existing hotels. We then structured a light centralized management structure. Finally, we estimated revenue flows and developed a projected operating account for the management structure.
In a second phase, Sentinel Hospitality supported the hotel’s management team in the design of a medium-term strategy.
