Our client, an ultra luxury hotel owner and manager group, is studying the advisability of developing a Palace hotel with around 200 keys in the Côte d’Azur region. Sentinel Hospitality was selected as a business expert (luxury hotels, hotel real estate expertise, strategic advice) in order to support the client in the development of the best project taking into account the urban and architectural constraints relating to a site in front of sea.
Our approach
Sentinel Hospitality led a three-phase approach:
First, Sentinel Hospitality analyzed the potential of the Côte d’Azur market to host a Palace hotel open year-round.
In a second step, in collaboration with the architect of the Sentinel Hospitality project, made the necessary modifications in order to improve the profitability of the architectural project.
Thirdly, Sentinel Hospitality carried out a detailed study on the direct, indirect and induced economic impacts of the project on the local market in order to serve as a basis for discussions with local and national authorities.
