Stephane-Jean started his career with Accor Group, where he held several positions such as VP worldwide brand marketing Sofitel Hotels or VP Sofitel Marketing Middle East, Africa, and Indian Ocean. He is accountable for the successful Sofitel 5-star positioning, well known for the creation of Mybed bedding concept The Sofitel signature and created Sofitel Legend awarded 8th best luxury hotel brand 2019. He opened, repositioned, developed more than 100 properties over the world.
As a consultant, he accompanied private investors, funds and investment banks in merger & acquisition operations, assisted international & regional groups in the strategic management of their brand portfolio,re-positioned unique properties such as legendary palaces in Asia, and South America.
He is recognized for his concrete international hospitality know-how in translating and creating brand value and desirability into tangible return on investment.
Stéphane-Jean is a PhD graduate in Economics and Tourism Development major on luxury marketing.
